Make your vacation dreams come true at South Colony Cottage! This adorable 4 bedroom, one level, newly renovated South Nags Head cottage is just a short stroll to the beach. If you enjoy outdoor living, this is the spot for you. There is a ground level tiki bar, putting green, grill, plenty of seating, private outdoor shower, screened and sun porches! Enjoy spectacular sunsets over the undeveloped wildlife refuge from the back porch or backyard. The 'H plan' layout inside is perfect for families and/or friends - 2 Jack and Jill bedrooms + bathroom on each side of the open concept living/kitchen/dining space in the middle. There is a TV in the living room and each bedroom. South Nags Head is arguably the best location on the Outer Banks for a family vacation. It is a residential only area surrounded by the Cape Hatterass National Seashore. Although it is quiet and non-commercial, it is only minutes from restaurants, retail and recreation. There is a 4.5 mile long multi-use path throughout South Nags Head that is perfect for running, walking or biking.

Awesome rental, close to the beach with everything you could possibly need! We had 4 people and 2 dogs with us and there was plenty of room. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the internet worked well for remote work. The sunsets off the back porch were a huge perk too. Definitely recommend!

Perfect rental! The house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautiful sunset off the back porch, relaxing deck off the front and a perfect “hangout” spot underneath. Short distance to the beach, which was nice as we carried our beach things with 2 dogs in tow! Owners take pride in this home and it shows! Highly recommend!
