This comfortable, well-appointed condo makes a great spot for a gathering of family and/or friends. Enjoy the views and ocean breezes on the beach-side deck or make the very short hike down to the water itself, you really can't get much closer to the ocean. Scrimshaw condos are centrally located just north of the Wright Brothers Monument and virtually right across the beach road from popular Goombays restaurant. Many other local restaurants and popular attractions are close by.

Great rental. The king bed was comfortable which is everything to me. Kitchen is well stocked. Living area is comfortable. Nice view of the ocean. Lock box around the front door handle is kindof a pain. But I would definitely stay again. Thanks to Cola Vaughan for a smooth process.

Very nice condo at the beach with great views from the deck. Quiet area but close to several nice restaurants.
