Sam & Connie's is the perfect Nags Head cottage for your next family vacation. This classic "beach box" has modern and comfortable furnishings and decor and is just a short stroll from the Barnes Street beach access. Ample outdoor living space from the sun deck on the front of the house to the ground level hangout area. The primary bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and en suite half bathroom. The nautical themed kids room is just across the hall from the full bathroom with tub and is furnished with a duo bunk (double bed on the bottom and twin on top). At the end of the hall find the third bedroom with a queen size bed. Don't forget fido! Sam & Connie's is pet friendly so your dog is welcome to join the fun in Nags Head. Walking distance to Dowdy Park and the seasonal Dowdy Park Farmer's Market, multiple popular local restaurants and shops, and just a couple of blocks from the grocery store!

This is a great cottage just a few blocks from the beach! Has all the standard amenities. Kitchen is stocked with the things you need for a beach stay.. this cottage is very centrally located in Nags Head so you are close to many things. Mini Golf, ice cream, frozen yogurt, restaurants, and of course the beautiful beach is right there! You can hear the waves from the front deck.. Very quiet streets around the cottage as well so very relaxing if you want to just sit on the deck and get some sun. Also has a washer and dryer if needed so that’s always a plus.. I would highly recommend Sam and Connie’s and most definitely recommend Cola Vaughan Realty!!!
