Value! Value! Value! And not a bad Location either! These are the highlights of the Evans-Fields Cottage This Cute and Cozy Cottage has a great location with swimming pool, tennis and Sound Access conveniently nearby. This Cottage is well-equipped and comfortably furnished. There is pedestrian access to both the Ocean Beaches and the Sound Shore thanks to the 'Ocean to Sound' sidewalk, the first of its kind in Nags Head. This cottage is a bargain for the smaller group or individual looking for a reasonably priced vacation cottage.

The near-by Old Nags Head Cove Recreation Center provides a swimming pool for a fresh water change of pace. There's also tennis available. The sound shore near The Evans-Fields Cottage is a great place for kids to play (and parents to relax). The shallow sound waters don't have the currents and waves of the ocean and we never have "red flag" days! The sound is also excellent for wind-surfing or small sailboats. Your pets will also enjoy the calm shallow waters.

DIRECTIONS

Danube Street runs east to west and is located near the mile post 14 (@13.7). The intersection with US 158 (Croatan Highway, the By-Pass) is controlled by a traffic light. It is the third street south of the pedestrian cross-walk at Jockeys Ridge and the first street south of the traffic light at Deering Street (the Nags Head Post Office is on the north-west corner of that intersection. Go west on Danube towards the Roanoke Sound@ .3 tenths mile. Evans-Fields is @ the 6th house on the left: #123.
