The local owners keep this cottage in tip-top condition. located just a block from the Atlantic Street Beach Access at about the 9.5 mile post in Kill Devil Hills.You'll appreciate the easy short walk to the beach and the central location. The cottage is fully equipped with all the equipment and appliances to insure a pleasant and convenient vacation. There's even a slight view of the Ocean from the spacious sundeck. Families that love the beach will love the beach will love the Combination of location, comfort and equipment at Overton's Tater House.

Grab those boogie boards and take a short walk to the beach where you and your family can enjoy the Atlantic Ocean at its best. Restaurants, shops, and a variety of family amusements are nearby the convenient location of this cottage. There's also plenty of parking, room for a trailered boat, and a fish cleaning table for the fisherman in the group. Rinse off after a trip to the beach (or take a cool shower before dinner) in the private Outside Shower. You'll appreciate the confort and convenience this cottage provides.

DIRECTIONS

Overtons is on the west side of Memorial Boulevard, which runs parallel to and a block west of Route 12, Virginia Dare Trail, the Beach Road. It is the first house off the corner North of Atlantic Street. Atlantic Street runs east to west near the 9.5 mile post (@9.5 miles south of the Wright Memorial Bridge to the Outer Banks) in Kill Devil Hills. Atlantic Street is the first street south of the traffic signal at Martin Street which has a CVS drugstore on the NorthEast Corner and JKs Ribs on the NorthWest Corner. From the South Atlantic Street is @ 7 miles north of US 64 and a couple of streets north of the traffic signal at Neptune Street which has 7-11 on the SouthEast Corner and Burger King on the NorthEast Corner.
