Located a short couple of blocks from the Beach at approximately the 7 mile post on Princess Anne Drive across from the Kill Devil Hills police station and Mako Mike's Restaurant. The C-SAW offers a quiet yet very convenient location with a very short walk to two beach accesses at 2nd street or 1st Street with lifeguards nearby. Virtually no traffic on this street, yet right in the heart of Kill Devil Hills activities, with restaurants, grocery stores, amusements and a large municipal ball field and tennis courts just a short stroll away. Grab those boogie boards and take a short walk to the beach where you and your family and your pet can enjoy the Atlantic Ocean at its best. You can literally leave the car in the driveway at the C-SAW And it's Pet Friendly Too!

C-SAW is very nicely decorated and equipped by the new owners ( Spring of 2004) and is kept in immaculate condition. It is very thoroughly, comfortably and conveniently equipped including the addition of a new Hot-Tub, 5 color TV's, New beds and Bedding, DVD, Surround Sound Stereo, and VCR, all major appliances and a very pleasant and well-equipped kitchen. You will find C-Saw to be a first class accommodation for your family vacation.

DIRECTIONS

The C-SAW is easily accessed from US 158, Croatan Highway, the By-Pass, by turning east onto 2nd Street just beyond the Dare Center ( Food Lion, Belks ) and across from the Kill Devil Hills Municipal Complex, or at the next traffic signal at 1st Street just south of Mako Mikes Restaurant and the Waterfall Park Putt-Putt Golf. These are located just over 7 miles south of the Outer Banks terminus of the Wright Memorial Bridge leading to the Outer Banks. There are traffic signals at 3rd Street and again at 1st Street. C-SAW is on the west side of Princess Anne Street about mid-way between 1st and 2nd Streets. Coming from the south & west via US Route 64; 1st street is 9 miles north of the Outer Banks Terminus of Route 64. About 8 miles north of Whalebone Junction ( the end of 64 ) you will see the Wright Brothers National Monument on the Left. 1st Street is @ 1/2 mile north of the Monument.
