The Bell Cottage is the perfect spot for the beach lover who wants to be as close to the beach as possible without paying those out-of-sight ocean-front rates. The cottage is just a few short steps (400 ft.) from the beach with direct improved beach access and a great view of the Ocean from the roof level sun-deck. This is a single family neighborhood of large half-acre lots and there’s lots of open space and privacy but there are also shops, markets, services and restaurants located conveniently nearby.

The whole family will enjoy the spacious comfort of surprisingly large Cottage. YMCA membership is another great benefit for the entire family. ( see the YMCA listing on the "cottage" page ) The large kitchen-living-dining area has room to gather the whole family and there's a beautiful fireplace for those cool off-season evenings, but there's also a second spacious great-room in the rear of the house with a large color TV and a VCR (just in case you can't agree who watches what!) It's a great spot for a kid's playroom. There's also a large storage/laundry room with an extra refrigerator and you'll love the big gas grill! When you add up the combination of comfort, convenience and location the Bell Cottage is Tops!

DIRECTIONS

The Bell Cottage is located on the west side of Ocean Boulevard and the South corner of Skyline Drive. Skyline Drive is the second street to the west (left) going north from the big intersection of US 158 and NC Route 12 (Ocean Boulevard) at the Welcome Center. The roof level sundeck on the front of the house is a good landmark. The Welcome Center intersection is @ 1 mile beyond the Wright Memorial Bridge across the Currituck Sound & is the intersection where one would turn left to go to Duck & Corolla. Coming from the South this intersection is @ 16 miles north of Highway 64. Follow the signs for Duck & Corolla
