* 2009 New ground floor den-tv room with super wide-screen tv* *New Hot-Tub * The Albemarle is a beautiful, well-equipped, feature-packed reverse floor plan with great views and easy Beach Access in a quiet location on a private cul-de-sac just right for families. The top floor is a great room/kitchen/dining room combo with cathedral ceilings, a fireplace, access to a screened porch from the kitchen and open deck across the Ocean side of the house. The living area is also well equipped with DVD, stereo, VCR and a large color TV. There is a half bath accessible from the living area. The first floor has four comfortable bedrooms, equipped with color TV's . The master bedroom has a king bed, one of these bedrooms has a queen bed, the third a double and the 4th is equipped for the kids with a double bed and a twin/trundle pull-out bed.
Your spacious private pool with wide deck on all sides is fenced off to the side of the cottage with access to the enclosed hotncold outside shower and the ground floor entrance. The private Beach Access is located just down the quiet street as easy stroll away. DIRECTIONS

Coming from the north via US 158: About one mile after crossing the Wright Memorial Bridge there will be signs directing traffic north toward Duck and Corolla into the left-hand lanes,( "Home Depot" will be on the right ) and you will then turn left at the next traffic light at the Outer Banks Welcome Center onto NC Route 12. Follow NC route 12 north a couple hundred yards and just past Southern Shores Realty on the left look for the Street "Ocean View Loop". Turn left onto Ocean View loop and at the "T" turn left. The Albemarle is at the end; #3 Ocean View Loop, on the right side of the "loop" cul-de-sac. From the South via US 64: Merge onto US 158 and go north @ 16 miles. Beyond the 2 mile Post you will pass Regional Medical Center on the left as you approach a large intersection. There will be signs directing traffic for Duck and Corolla into the right lanes and you will then turn right at the traffic light at the Outer Banks Welcome Center onto NC Route 12. Follow NC route 12 north a couple hundred yards and just past Southern Shores Realty on the left look for the Street "Ocean View Loop" Turn left onto Ocean View loop and at the "T" turn left.
